The Tobougg filly will head into the mile contest off the back of a Class 3 handicap win at Leicester earlier in the month.

Trainer Henry Cecil said: “Born Tobouggie has done well this year and won three races so far. She will run next in the Listed fillies’ race at Lingfield on Thursday.

“It would add to her paddock value if she could get in the frame and earn some ‘black type’.”

Outlining other future running plans, Cecil said: “If there is soft ground at Doncaster Ajaan may take his chance in the November Handicap (November 8). Having been jarred up earlier in the season, I feel he will be better for the winter break.

“Maybe Hyades (second on debut at Newmarket on October 17) and Father Time, the brother to Passage Of Time, could run in a (mile) maiden at Nottingham on November 5.”
