The son of Sadler’s Wells, sent off the 2/1 market leader, overcame greenness to run out a useful winner in the hands of Tom Queally.
Queally settled his mount in midfield before making smooth headway at half way.
He was last to come off the bridle and showed a good attitude when challenged by the Goldophin representative, Lion Mountain, to score by a short head.
His pedigree suggests that we haven’t seen the best of Bullet Train yet and he looks to be an exciting prospect for his connections for next year.
