OPEN SESAME made it two wins in two days for trainer Peter Chapple-Hyam at Newmarket as the Key Of Luck gelding today followed up after Bombina’s victory last night.

Munro - rode Open Sesame to victory

Open Sesame opened his account at Great Leighs back in January and he made his first turf start a winning one when taking the 1m handicap.

Jockey Alan Munro brought him with a well-timed challenge from over 1f out and he ran away with it in good style to score by three and a quarter lengths.

Munro said: “I am delighted with him and hopefully there is more to come. He was slowly out of the stalls and didn’t show any early pace.

“But he started to travel well midway through and then came really good at the end. I like him!”
