NATURAL FLAIR gained a second career success when scoring in a 1m2f handicap at Newbury this afternoon.

The daughter of Giant’s Causeway took a keen hold early on under Alan Munro but he soon managed to get her settled just off the pace.

Munro took over the running with two furlongs to go and she battled on gamely to repel all challenges and score by a length.

Munro said of his 16/1 winner: “She’s so genuine and very keen to win.

“She needs cut in the ground and she hasn’t really had it since winning her maiden back here in the spring.”
