It's a longer polytrack canter than the group have been experiencing on the adjacent Warren Hill, but they all seemed to take it in their stride.
There was even a 'loose one' from another string that may have thrown a spanner into the St Gatien works, but thankfully nothing untoward unfolded.
Indeed, the group - there was about 15 in the exercise - look to be progressing nicely.
Peter said: "They are doing everything right at the moment and this was just about building things up a notch.
"With the gradual incline, the key is for the horses to take it nice and steady. All the lads seemed happy as they came back down, so it went well."
